Postnatal Support at Home

I am an experienced midwife offering help and support right when you need it most. Perhaps you have some questions about your recovery or you need some assistance with getting to grips with caring for your newborn, I am there to help you.

Antenatal Breastfeeding Consultations 

Prepare for your breastfeeding journey with a private antenatal consultation or workshop, held in your own home. Your support person is encouraged to attend, as they will play a valuable and unique role in your breastfeeding experience.

Topics covered include:

  • Antenatal colostrum harvesting

  • Getting breastfeeding off to a great start

  • How breast milk is made

  • Understanding supply and demand

  • What’s in breast milk and its benefits

  • How to know if your baby is getting enough

  • Positioning and attachment techniques

  • Common breastfeeding challenges and how to manage them

  • The importance of self-care

Each session is relaxed, informative, and tailored to your needs.

approx 90-120min  €150, a receipt will be provided, if you have private health insurance you may be able to claim a portion back. 

Postnatal Breastfeeding Consultation

Receive a comprehensive Breastfeeding Consultation offering gentle, expert support to help you navigate any breastfeeding challenges you may be facing.

Each session provides a holistic and personalised approach tailored to your unique needs and goals. 

  • Manage and guide you through your breastfeding challenge

  • Address all your queries about breastfeeding

  • Support you with increasing or maintaining your milk supply

  • Provide guidance on pumping and correct flange sizing

  • Assist with positioning and attachment
